Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be requested in writing via email or official communication channels.
Memberships, workspace bookings, and service subscriptions can be cancelled only as per the agreed plan terms.
Short-term bookings (hourly/daily) once confirmed cannot be cancelled or modified.
Refund Policy
Fees paid for memberships, workspace usage, or services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.
No refunds will be provided for partial usage, early termination, or non-utilization of services.
In case of overpayment or duplicate payment, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
Service Disruptions
Big P One Work Space is not liable for refunds due to interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to power outages, internet issues, natural calamities, or government restrictions.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
